Student Conference: Supporting Mothers, Supporting Families November 29, 2012

This is a one-day conference for student midwives to explore strategies for supporting mothers.

The morning will focus on Professor Mary Nolan’s work on behalf of the Department of Health, 'Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond', and there will be other speakers and students presenting.

The afternoon will offer a variety of interactive workshops including complementary therapies and other professional means of support. There will be a free raffle and stalls including a bookstall. There will be plenty of time to network and a certificate will be awarded to each student attending.
