The workshop will focus on success strategies to better navigate change dynamics, broaden strategic awareness and effectively manage organizational development initiatives. During this half-day session, you'll gain insights to help you understand strategic mandates surrounding OD initiatives, future OD capabilities required for success and best practices to leverage for future implementations.

Workshop Objectives:

1. Explore with senior colleagues how organizations define, develop, and utilize OD capabilities in ever more complex landscapes.
