DENVER, CO - Wrestling with one’s personal demons was never intended as a spectator sport, but in "Fixated" these intense tales of obsession show that it’s not so much whether you win or lose – it’s how you play the game.

James Avery, a classically trained actor and scholar, is best known for his portrayal of Uncle Phil on Will Smith's The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. With a career spanning over four decades, Avery's TV credits include Newhart, The Jeffersons, That '70s Show, The Division, The Closer and, most recently, Grey's Anatomy and The Young and the Restless. He is also well known for his voice work, playing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles villain Shredder, as well as lending his deep booming voice to other animated TV series such as Iron Man, and The Legend of Prince Valiant.

Jamie Ann Romero has won Best of Westword Awards for her performances in "Romeo & Juliet" and "As You Like It"; a Denver Post Ovation Award for Best Supporting Actress for "Hamlet" and the Daily Camera’s Eye Award for her performance in "The Clean House". Drew Horwitz has charmed audiences with his performances at Buntport Theater Company, Curious Theatre Company, Modern Muse Theatre Company and recently at the Denver Center Theatre Company's New Play Summit.

Celebrating their 12th Season, Stories on Stage has renowned actors bring stories to life by combining literature with theater.
