Well, we took a much needed break in September but we are back this month with the tightest line up NYC has seen in a while. And on a Friday!
In order to celebrate the worldwide release of the now legendary "IN THE DARK: THE SOUL OF DETROIT" compilation - featuring the documentary "VOICES" shot in Detroit and 11 exclusive dark and sweaty Detroit beatdown cuts from Rick Wilhite, Amp Fiddler, Keith Worthy, Malik Pittman, Delano Smith and others...- resident spinner Jerome Derradji invited two key Detroit pioneers and Dj extraordinaire:
Mooydmann aka Kenny Dixon Jr and Rick "The Godson" Wilhite,
two key members of the 3 Chairs, absolute genius producers and DJs in their own right, are going to make sure we celebrate Detroit the right way.
Resident Jerome Derradji will do his usual throw down of goodies from the stables of Still Music, Past Due and Stilove4music mixed with a bunch of rare disco, acid house and techno.
