Steinway Series: American Century Music November 14, 2010

The Steinway Series features the museum's model D Steinway concert grand piano, which was restored through a gift from Shelby and Frederick Gans. In these concerts, outstanding musicians perform chamber works that range from the classic to the contemporary. American Century Music presents a concert capturing the essence of Norman Rockwell, whose art exemplified the optimism, idealism, and tensions of the American century.
