State of the River Report December 18, 2007

Michael Montgomery, manager of the City of Portland's River Renaissance Initiative, will present the third annual State of the River Report. The report highlights what the City and its partners have accomplished along Portland's river reaches, how it's making a difference, and what's planned for the coming year.
