About the Speakers
Greg Mathis (moderator) is a senior attorney in the Corporate practice at Dorsey Whitney LLP with over 12 years' experience working with Silicon Valley startups, investors and venture capitalists.

Ted Hollifield specializes in corporate and securities law with an emphasis on public equity and debt offerings, venture capital financings and M&A for emerging growth companies. His clients include established public corporations and private, venture-backed companies in the telecommunications, electronic design automation (EDA), semiconductor, Internet and software industries. Ted also counsels Boards of Directors, CEOs and executive management on equity compensation, corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley Act and other regulatory and disclosure matters.

Bruce Entin most recently was Chairman and CEO of chip startup Siliquent Technologies, Inc., which was sold to Broadcom. Entin was the first full-time semiconductor reporter for the Mercury News. He eventually became VP of Worldwide Marketing at chipmaker LSI Logic and then Executive Vice President/GM of LSI's Networking Products Division. Bruce has served on the boards of three startups and three non-profit and is currently consulting for high-tech firms.

Robert Sears is founder and CEO of Red Giant, a consumer payments startup, and a serial entrepreneur--Red Giant is the third company he has founded. Previously Dr. Sears served as Chief Architect of Multimedia Experiences at Nokia, where he worked for almost 5 years promoting design thinking, rapid prototyping and forward-looking system and services architectures. Robert holds a Ph.D. in Physics.

Gleb Budman is CEO and Co-Founder of Backblaze, a secure online backup service. Previously the Senior Director of Product Management at SonicWALL (NASDAQ: SNWL), Budman led the company's MailFrontier acquisition integration, establishing the Email Security division and driving world-wide rollout of its products, doubling its size in just over one year. As Vice President of Products at MailFrontier, he led product management and marketing, along with business development. Previously, he led product teams at Excite@Home and directed product management and marketing for collaboration and search startup Kendara (acquired by Excite@Home). Gleb holds a B.S. in engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
