Mobile DJ's can make up to $500.00 an hour or more!

Classes held at a working radio station and production studio in Whittier. DJ-1A is the perfect stepping stone for the person that has never been in front of a CD player or turntable and wants to learn the basics of becoming a DJ. Students will receive extensive hands-on training while learning the technics the pros use. Whether you’re starting a new hobby or are interested in beginning a new career DJ-1A is the best way in becoming a DJ.

Prerequisites/Skill Requirements: None
Equipment Requirements: None (equipment provided and shared). Students can supply their own genre of cd’s and/or records.

• Equipment set up and break down
• Basic music theory
• Basic mixing and blending
• DJ Business Aspects
• Stage presentation
• Dual eye-hand coordination
Course Length: 6 Classes (3 hour class meets once a week).
