"There Will Be Dragons" by John Ringo

Star Base Andromeda is a Lincoln-Nebraska based general science fiction, fantasy, horror and action-adventure fan club, that began in 1974 as a Star Trek club and has absorbed numerous other fannish interests over the years.

Although we meet every Tuesday night from 6:30 to 9:00 at the downtown library in Lincoln, NE, and hold general "fannish" discussions, approximately once every six weeks we have a specific Book Discussion meeting, in which we encourage all attendees to have read the same genre book so that we can discuss it as an entire group.

Our book for January 2008 is contemporary author John Ringo's novel "There Will Be Dragons", the first book of the Council Wars series. We'll be discussing it at our meeting on January 29th (delayed from January 8th). Visitors are always welcome, even if you haven't read the selected title!
