Stap[e Primer Happy Hour returns with special guest Eli Bingham (Nightlight Music).
While he was getting a college education in the late '90s Bay Area, he discovered the local rave scene - specifically the local techno scene, at events thrown by Friends & Family, Mad, Gateway Systems, and Static. Eli's officially retired from the music scene these days, but always happy to make a cameo appearance.
