What draws so many people to attend the St. George Area Parade of Homes year after year? Possibly the breathtaking views and diverse landscapes, mild climate, innovative building techniques, or the latest in home design and decorating. Whether it's your first time attending or your 20th time, the 2010 St. George Area Parade of Homes will be an experience like no other.

All tickets are $12.50 each for admittance to the homes. There are no senior or children discounts. Children three years and older are required to have a ticket. Children under three years must be carried by an adult. No strollers or carriages are allowed in the homes. Tickets may be used anytime during the 10 day period. The ticket entitles each visitor admittance to each home once during the 10 day event. The ticket has an additional benefit allowing one repeat admittance to one home of your choice. Visitors must purchase a new ticket to re-enter additional homes. The Parade of Homes accepts VISA, MasterCard, checks (with check guarantee) and cash.

Tickets will be available for purchase beginning Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 5:00 pm. They may be purchased at Lin's Markets - Service Desks located in St. George, Hurricane, Cedar City, Richfield, and Overton, Nevada or center court of Red Cliffs Mall in St. George, Utah. The ticket entitles each visitor admittance to each of the homes once during the 10 day event.

Individuals visiting the homes will be asked (at the discretion of the builder) to remove their shoes upon entering. It is recommended that comfortable, easy-to-remove shoes be worn while visiting the homes.
Schedule: February 12-21, 2010- Homes are open everyday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
(Except Sunday Feb. 21 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Twenty-five homes are located in a variety of communities set among breathtaking landscapes in Washington County, Utah. The St. George Area Parade of Homes is a scattered-site show. The time required to tour all of the homes in the Parade (at a comfortable pace, taking rest stops, etc.) is two days. However, visitors may choose to visit any number of homes on display and in any order. Visitors will receive a beautiful Parade magazine which includes a map and directions to each home with a ticket purchase. Signs are strategically placed along the roads to direct the attendees in the self-guided tour to the homes. Visitors may choose to follow the signs or take-off on their own in the order of their choice.
