Spring tides, neap tides, full moons, and Newton! for homeschoolers December 9, 2011

Visit the salt marsh during the full moon and see how high and low the tide can go! We'll learn about phases of the moon, orbits, gravity, and Sir Isaac Newton. This is not a drop off class! Daniel Island Riverfront Park and Trails, adjacent to 101 River Landing Drive. Meet at the picnic tables near the pier. There is no public bathroom at this park. Please use the bathroom at Etiwan Park, across from Bishop England High School on Seven Farms Drive. If the class is cancelled due to weather, we will call you one hour before the class begins.
