Spotlight: an Evening of Women Choreographers April 30, 2011

Women choreographers take full focus in Spotlight! The stage lights up with The Golden Section, an exhilarating work by dance icon Twyla Tharp. Legendary choreographer Martha Graham's influence radiates throughout Requiem, a piece by former Graham Company dancer Jacqulyn Buglisi. Up-and-coming choreographer Emery Lecrone, former NC Dance Theatre 2 Company dancer and North Carolina native, presents a new work especially for Spotlight.
