SPIN Seminar: Agile Adoption at Intel - A Panel Discussion

Visualize two different Intel teams: One co-located in India and the US, the other one developing microprocessor test content and high volume manufacturing programs. They both chose to adopt the CMMi model and adapt Agile practices within rigid functional structures, unstable requirements and large schedule swings. Come learn about why they chose Agile, the approach they took, the challenges they've faced, the benefits they've reaped and the journey ahead. This will be a moderated session, taking questions from the audience as well as sharing key learnings from their implementations.
