Speed the Plough is a New Jersey-based band that has been playing since 1984. Founded by John and Toni Baumgartner and Marc Francia, the band has had numerous line-ups over the years. After a long hiatus, the new lineup came together in 2009. The family affair consists of vocalist/keyboardist John Baumgartner and his wife vocalist/wind player Toni Baumgartner -- and their guitarist son Mike as well as Wyckoff guitarist Marc Francia and his sons Ian, on drums and Dan on bass.
