Barbara Sybil is a local author and a mother of four grown children and 3 grandchildren. She is the sole care provider for her youngest child, who has severe Cerebral Palsy She loves to encourage others by sharing how one cannot only survive but also thrive by learning the lessons that difficult times teach us.
