SOUL MOTION: ROOTED BODY

In this workshop, we will root the body through the practices of sensory awareness, deep embodiment and Soul Motion. Dancing through the relational landscapes of Soul Motion, we will explore our rooted creativity of body and soul.
Founded by visionary Vinn Marti, Soul Motion is a dance and movement meditation practice that cultivates awakeness in the body- soul dialogue, artistic expression and conscious relations. Through free-form movement, we creatively explore the terrains of self, other, community and divinity. All are welcome, no previous dance experience required.

Una Starbuck is a life-long devotee of dance and conscious embodiment, beginning with hula and ballet as a young child. She grew up here on the island of Maui, has traveled the world gathering embodied knowledge, and is now teaching with the intent of igniting our indigenous and transcendental selves into artistic motion.
