"Something Seasonal" with Susan Ware November 26, 2009

TOPIC: "Something Seasonal - Centrepiece"

DESCRIPTION: Learn how to prepare something seasonal in flowers, plants, or a wreath in an interactive craft session, following dinner. Materials are provided in evening cost. Susan will guide us with demonstrations and/or instructions. You will have something seasonal to decorate your home for the upcoming Christmas holidays or to give as a gift. Join us for an enjoyable, relaxing evening. It will be fun!

* Bring your own set of clippers and some Handi-wipes for clean up. Everybody bring a gift no more than $10 then everyone will get a gift!!!

* Bring an unwrapped TOY or gift card to be donated South Burnaby Neighbourhood House. Bring a donation and bring a gift card that could be added to their hampers for families in need. Do not bring food as they have nowhere to store it. Or bring a new unwrapped toy. They are still collecting coats for their coat campaign so warm, new or gently used coats would be appreciated.

LOCATION: Meeting Room, ABC Country Restaurant, 6500
Hastings Street (at Kensington), Burnaby, BC

TIME: 6-6:30 pm gather, register, social, network
6:30-7:30 pm dinner, meeting
7:30-8:30 pm speaker and demonstration (interactive) and closing.

COST: $36.00 member or $39.00 non-members, includes dinner and $15/person for supplies. Pay at the door.
