Social Media: Small Business Opportunities February 18, 2009

This workshop focuses on understanding social media, what is it and how it’s being used.

A focus will be given to understanding what opportunities exist for small business owners to leverage social media for business growth and prospecting.

Topics covered include privacy and control; social media pit falls and super stars and first steps to social media success. Some tools discussed will be Blogs, Facebook, RSS, Twitter, and social bookmarks.

This will be an idea session, getting the gears moving and opening yourself to new opportunities.
