The Social Media Marketing workshop aims to show how companies and organisations can harness the power of new tools and applications such as Facebook, Flickr, Blogging, YouTube, Twitter, Online PR, Social Bookmarking and more to reach new audiences and to build their online communities.

Want to understand how blogs could help you communicate better with your customers? Or how Flickr and YouTube can be harnessed as your own media channels? This interactive workshop will, amongst other things, open the lid on Facebook’s business applications and show you how to set up a Twitter account. Fundamentally, it will start you thinking about how to devise a Social Media Marketing Strategy for your own organisation.

Group discussion also allows us to discuss what the pitfalls and possible solutions of each application could be. Ideal for marketers, web teams and owner/directors.
