On Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, September 1, 2012 from 2:00 PM to Midnight the SoCAL Music Festival will bring the Southern California lifestyle to the streets of East Village by transforming five blocks into the ultimate outdoor music festival for people with a passion for this lifestyle and a love of music. SoCAL Music Festival will produce an alternative reality where people can express themselves by immersing in music, paint, sculpture, 3D and 4D visuals and everyone’s favorite SoCAL experiences. The festival will feature four main stages showcasing music all day long, bringing together some of the ultimate entertainment acts including headlining bands and an epic line-up of world class Electronic Dance Music Artists! Life-sized sculptural art installation pieces will be created by local artists that are catered to the Southern California vibe, adding an interactive element to the festival. Some of our favorite Southern California extreme outdoor sports will take to the streets with freestyle motocross and skateboarding competitions, creating multiple extreme sports zones within the festival. No Southern California summer night is complete without a firework and fire show, and the SoCAL Music Festival will deliver. Come vibe out and experience the largest summer festival in San Diego.
