Sobeys Hot & Spicy Food Festival August 10, 2006

Sobeys’ Hot & Spicy Food Festival offers 24 food vendors, including the Red Hot Market, 20 cooking demos, 6 music concerts, 5 dance performances, 6 films, 2 performance art shows and 2 make and take projects for the kids and our International Market Place.

Great food demos and wraps-up in a whirlwind of competition with The Hot & Spicy IRON CHEF Competition III: The Toronto Neighbourhood Challenge! Chef's from the four corners of the GTA will take unknown ingredients and complete a dish that will impress the judges most.

Musical concerts this year feature a stellar combination of world-renown, award-winning artists including Nino Moschello, NOMO, Britain’s alternative State of Bengal, presented by Tilleys Endurables, Cameroon, Muna Mingole and France’s noJazz as part of our Pepsi Concert series. Besharam burns hot at Late Night NOW presented by Brahama.
