NEW YORK, NY –Saturday Night Live veteran cast member Finesse Mitchell will perform his headlining stand up comedy set at Comix December 8th – 10th.
Long before his days on SNL, Mitchell made an impact in the world of stand up comedy. He entered his first comedy contest in 1995…and won first place. Since that day, he’s been making people laugh for a living. His witty sense of humor, Southern charm, and showmanship are making him one of the brightest young stars on the comedy horizon.
Finesse was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and is a graduate of the University of Miami. As a student athlete and brother of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., he fostered his ability to feel comfortable performing in the spotlight. Finesse is also a businessman who operates Comedy Novas, Inc., a company that produces and promotes live stand up comedy shows.
Finesse has also appeared on NBC’s “Late Friday”, CBS’s “The Late Show with Craig Kilborn”, and can be seen regularly on BET’s “Comic View”.
