She has started her own practice called, "Work it Out Dispute Resolution Services". "Work it Out" offers a pragmatic results-oriented approach to resolving internal employee conflicts. She has written for Workforce Management's On-Line Magazine and All Business.Com about tips for employees and employers on navigating the EEOC mediation process, and recently been interviewed for the Career Section of the San Francisco Chronicle on topics related to Conflict Resolution in the workplace.
