Silicon Valley Duck Race June 22, 2008

Jewish Family Services of Silicon Valley (JFS) will host the first ever Silicon Valley Duck Race, June 22nd at Vasona Lake County Park. A festival filled with entertainment, food and games will kick-off the event, followed by the duck race where 10,000 individually numbered rubber ducks will pour from a dump truck into a creek at Vasona Lake County Park and race into Vasona Lake. The top twenty winners of the race will have the opportunity to win one of several great prizes, including the chance to win $1,000,000. Proceeds from the Duck Race will benefit JFS and other local non-profits.
