Shut the Funk UP !! or Get the Funk OUT !! May 14, 2009

I made a compilation a few years back …”Shut the FUNK UP or get the FUNK OUT"… it went over with the locals pretty well and offended a few ..but keeping with that vein I decided to start doing some Dj Sessions under the same title. These sessions are a journey wayyyy back wayyy wayy back to the founders of Soul and Funk. My thoughts and ambitions are to keep it with sounds derived off of Vinyl records (the root of all funk) but with that a little digital never hurt anyone as long as the point is the same…
