Join Chefs Collaborative and our friends at Hungry Mother for a late-night Meet & Greet with New Orleans shrimping family Ray & Kay Brandhurst of Four Winds Seafood. The Brandhursts ship wild Gulf shrimp direct to restaurants year-round (including Hungry Mother). We'll taste Ray & Kay's wild sweetwater shrimp and sip Sazeracs, the classic Big Easy cocktail.
