TONY WAKEFORD
Co-founder of Crisis and Death in June in the late 70s and early 80s Wakeford has always been the primary force in Sol Invictus. He has also composed Classical music whilst recording outside the framework of Sol Invictus. He has subsequently brought transformative concepts into the familiar terrain of his principle group. He formed L'Orchestre Noir in the mid-1990s to explore classical and soundtrack composition. He also played bass, guitar and keyboards on a number of studio albums by Current 93 as well as playing with them live.
Tonight Wakeford will perform material from his recent solo album 'Not All of Me Will Die' and he will be joined on stage by some very special guests. Expect an evening of real surprises for the last Ship of Fools of this year.

SHUGORAN
Formed by Visitor Q singer/guitarist Adio and two members of Vultures Quartet, one of London's foremost avant grade ensembles, Shugoran performs dark, pulsating soundscapes that dare to glimpse into worlds of madness and depict the unnamable through harsh industrial noise, innovative use of electronics, vocals, strings, and found objects, and subtly welded textures, motifs, and sonic explorations. Shugoran will appear on the soundtrack to the upcoming film by Stuart Jamieson 'The Transformation of Juliet and Romeo' and their first CD will be released in Spring 2011 as part of Seesar's Music by which to Read Lovecraft series.
