SFJAZZ High School All-Stars June 7, 2009

With its members selected via competitive auditions each year, the SFJAZZ High School All-Stars represents the highest caliber of young jazz musicians from the Bay Area. Performing in small group and 19-piece big band formats, the All-Stars will highlight the music of piano legend McCoy Tyner, as well as original compositions. And for this concert, pro-level drummer Eric Harland (of the SFJAZZ Collective) will be the band's special guest.
