Most often called “New Year’s resolutions,” Flagstaff Life Coach, Grace Marks likes to think of this yearly ritual as “setting intentions.”
Join Grace Marks at New Frontiers Natural Marketplace, Thursday, January 7 at 6pm and discover what is most important to you. Grace will show you a fun and easy process to get in touch with your most important plans for your new year. “I think “resolutions” may have led to failure in the past for many people. That’s why I like to think of the plans we make for the coming year as “intentions,” says Marks, who has been training and coaching people for the past 6 years. “The road to where you want to be is easier than you think. This session will help you focus on what you want and design a personal road map to get you there.”

Grace Marks, MPH, CPC, HSMI is an experienced and passionate trainer, facilitator, and life coach with 25 years of experience working with Native American tribes. She is a Certified Performance Coach and Certified Holistic Stress Management Instructor with an academic background in health education and administration. Grace provides one-on-one and group coaching services to Native American clients, tribal organizations, and others in transition and searching for new directions. She has taught seminars on Empowering Leaders through Self-Discovery, Communication, Team Building, Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Emotional Intelligence, Goal Setting, and Stress Management. Grace is skilled at creating a safe environment and providing the encouragement and support participants need to find success and self-empowerment.
