"This is the first Europe based, international Service Design Conference. The Conference is of particular relevance to businesses, industries and the public sector relating to the Service Design field. Come to the Service Design Conference, and discover the latest developments in the area of Service Design, exchange ideas, and be a part of establishing this fast expanding field. The conference is in three sections:

connect: The first conference day is reserved for SDN full members only. The members will get to know each other and exchange their Service Design experience, theories, and practices.

share. Knowledge of Service Design: During this conference day, you will experience experts in the Service Design field presenting and explaining together with business partners compelling examples of their Service Design projects.

enable. Interactive Service Design Experience: The Service Design Conference workshop day consisting of nine different workshops will be inspiring, absorbing and offer the opportunity to learn and gain deeper insights through hands on and practical methods from those deeply involved in Service Design."

Each conference section takes place at a different location.
