Fall into your yin practice THIS WEEKEND!!! Join Stephanie for 2 hours of quiet introversion as we mellow out for a Saturday afternoon with a practice that will coerce the connective tissue to stretch as the muscles release.. softening both the body and the mind. Stephanie will lead the journey through breathwork, movement, meditation and stillness.
