Topic 1:
The Best Free Software for Windows: How and where to find it: Tom Callow will talk about how to find the best free Windows programs for your computer and identify some of the free programs you might want to put at the top of your list.

Topic 2:
Warner Mach, Richard Jackson, and Bill Landrum, of "Provisional SIG-Programming" will discuss the motivation for starting the group and the current exploration of (free) "Just BASIC" as the language that allows users to reclaim their computer.
