Speaker: Robert (Bob) J. Chalfin CPA, JD
Mr. Chalfin is an Attorney, Certified Public Accountant, and a Lecturer in Management at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He teaches graduate-level courses on acquiring closely held businesses and venture initiation to MBA candidates. Mr. Chalfin is an owner/investor, corporate board member, and consultant to several businesses, many of which are in the information technology sector. Mr. Chalfin is the CEO of The Chalfin Group Inc., a Metuchen, New Jersey-based firm that offers advisory services in connection with the purchase and sale of closely held businesses, strategic planning, and valuation. The firm also provides economic damage calculations.

Bob is the author of the book, "Selling Your IT Business: Valuation, Finding the Right Buyer", and "Negotiating the Deal", which is published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (2006).

Mr. Chalfin has spoken at numerous industry conferences and been cited in both "The Best Lawyers in America Directory of Experts" as an expert in the area of business valuation and New Jersey Super Lawyers.
