Seasonings - Chocolate Bon Bons December 20, 2007

This class will give you a foundation in the basics of chocolate preparations. We will make ganache the chocolate based concoction that can glaze, frost or be used to make truffles. Come away with your own assortment of chocolates to eat or to give as holiday gifts. Chocolate lovers will delight in the process of tempering chocolate and understanding chocolate structure.
