Agile is an iterative method of delivering value to customers in a highly flexible and interactive manner. A fundamental Agile principle is "maximizing the amount of work not done." But this principle flies in the face of many traditional managers who have fallen into the trap of making sure that everyone is "busy."

"Flying Through Bottlenecks" is an interactive exercise designed to help you understand the things that are preventing you and your organization from acheiving a more successful delivery of communication, information and value to your customers. We'll learn by doing (and having fun). And we'll bring in agile and lean ideas as we evolve and improve our efficiency, job satisfaction, and profitability.
