Marketing SIG: Who Needs Leads?
Speaker: David Taber, author of the new Prentice Hall book, "Salesforce.com Secrets of Success", CEO of SalesLogistix

Abstract: There isn't a sales and marketing organization in the world that says they have enough leads. But the last thing you should be doing right now is investing in Leads: they cost money, and they don't generate revenue... just activity. What you really want more of are the sales cycles that engage the people who are going to close. In this session, SalesLogistix CEO and Prentice-Hall author will discuss how to develop and cultivate prospects that are motivated to do business with you, and what to do with the Lead database you do have.
