Pria (12 minutes)
To meet the boy of her dreams, a 15 year-old South Asian girl tries to lose her accent by imitating lines from her favorite movies.

Films of Ishu Patel: Ishu Patel has created a body of work that is concerned with profound philosophical issues. His animations are stunningly beautiful, and he uses unusual techniques to tell his stories.

Afterlife (7 minutes)
An impressionistic and visionary response to the eternal question of life after death. Animated on a lightbox with layers of oil clay.

Paradise (15 Minutes)
A mythic landscape is beautifully envisioned as a lush, tropical garden surrounding an emperors castle. The emperor is entertained by a transformed, colorful bird.

The Bead Game (5 Minutes)
Thousands of beads are arranged and manipulated, assuming shapes of creatures both mythical and real.
