SCREAMFEST ’07 will heat up Detroit as it brings T.I., Ciara, T Pain, Lloyd and Yung Joc to Joe Louis Arena at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 16. After dominating record sales in 2006, T.I. is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated fifth studio album entitled “T.I. vs. T.I.P.” which will be released on July 3. As for Ciara, after receiving numerous awards including a Grammy, AMA, Billboard and others, her certified platinum second album “Ciara: The Evolution” was released on December 5, 2006 and debuted at number one selling more than 338,000 copies in its first week.
