Scots-Irish Heritage Class: Celtic Influences and the Anglo-Saxon and Viking Invasions May 18, 2011

3.5 million Americans identify their ancestry as Scots-Irish, descendants of the more than 250,000 Irish Presbyterian and other Protestant dissenters from the Irish Province of Ulster who immigrated to North America primarily during the colonial era. Researcher Phil Parks will explore the history of these Scots-Irish immigrants in this special series. Classes are free and open to the public; donations gratefully accepted.
