Beer: Yazoo Brewing Company and Lipman have teamed up with local and regional breweries to bring you a variety of beer styles and brands to taste. You'll taste 56 different beers from nearly 30 breweries in 10 styles (pale ale, stout, porter, etc.).

Science Fun: ASC education team has put together exciting new live demonstrations: Mind Games Optical Illusions, Molecular Gastronomy with Liquid Nitrogen Beer Ice Cream Tasting, Beer Can Science Experiments, and BYOB (Bring Your Own Brain) Olympics - including Beer Vision Goggles and other fun challenges. Complete the BYOB Olympics and you might win a Homebrewer’s Kit at the end of the night!
