After making his Broadway debut at the tender age of 12 and just one year later winning his first film role alongside Gregory Hines and Sammy Davis Jr, Savion Glover has gone on to become a US dance legend. Now, the master of tap visits the UK for the very first time with a brand new show, Live For London.

Proving tap is music as much as dance, Glover shows his lightening-quick moves through a range of musical styles - jazz, classical, pop and contemporary. Joining him onstage is a live jazz band, plus his dance group Chapter IV, who together help Glover create an exhilarating, percussive sound that will dazzle your ears.

"His stamina was unflagging, his energy unquenchable and his virtuosity unbeatable…sequences resembled bursts of firecrackers "
THE NEW YORK TIMES
"An artistically fearless tap dancer. The guy is a genius"
THE SEATTLE TIMES

Winning a Tony Award in 1996 for the Broadway smash hit Bring in Da Noise, Bring in Da Funk, Glover has since picked up a string of accolades and worked on a truly diverse range of projects, from pop videos with P Diddy to film work with Spike Lee and a 50-city North American tour - not to mention his regular slots in Sesame Street and being the ‘dancing feet’ of Mumble, the animated penguin in Happy Feet!

Don’t miss this infectious show from a remarkable performer.
