Save Ellis Island July 28, 2010

Featuring the photography of Christopher Barnes, this exhibition documents the restoration work accomplished to stabilize buildings on Ellis Island, along with historic images of the hospital where 1.2 million immigrants were inspected and treated for illnesses. These combined photographs illustrate the unique and complelling stories found within the hospital walls -- stories of heartache and happiness.
