Dutch Interiors: Sacred and Profane. Deaf lecturer Serena Cant discusses a selection of paintings by 17th-century Dutch artists, including Vermeer. Her talk will be voice-interpreted, so hearing visitors are welcome too. After the talk, Serena will join BSL users for a discussion group. These informal discussions are an opportunity to ask questions and share ideas about the chosen paintings. This event is free, with no need to book - just take a seat in Room 16 of the National Gallery. The talk starts at 1pm.
