San Francisco Summer Music Series Launch Party featuring LILOFEE

Throughout the summer, LOWsf and Vessel will be providing a free venue to celebrate the best music in the Bay. Once again shaking up our idea of what is appropriate happy hour behavior, the hugely popular Look Out Weekend (L.O.W.) will be hosting this series biweekly before the sun even goes down. With eight incredible acts already lined up and two secret shows that will be announced 24 hours prior. San Francisco’s Summer Music Series promises to be the place to hear your favorite new musicians. LOWsf and Vessel will still do this with no cover, hosted bar, and at a venue with the best sound and lounge in the Bay; just like they do every Friday at Look Out Weekend.

We will be kicking the series off with the band that detonated Noise Pop: Lillofee This will be their final show before they leave us to go on tour for the summer.

Visiting from New York in the summer of 2007, Kimi Recor first met multi-instrumentalist Rob Easson after being introduced by mutual friends in San Francisco. After 14 hours of writing music on their first day playing together, Recor soon realized she was here to stay. Specializing in high energy electronic pop, the duo released their debut The Only Years, rewarding them with top honors on several local Best Of '08 Lists. Expanding to a four piece for their enthusiastic live performances, count Lilofee in as a guaranteed good time.
