On view for one day only San Francisco in Jell-O by Liz Hickokis an offbeat, quivering, large-scale Jell-O model of San Francisco made in the shimmering, primary-colored medium by artist Liz Hickok. Placed on a shake table, the wobbly sculpture simulates how the buildings of downtown San Francisco might jiggle when the Big One strikes.
