The 33rd San Francisco Free Folk Festival, presented by the San Francisco Folk Music Club, features two days of live concerts, family-friendly entertainment, music and dance workshops, along with evening dances, jam sessions, song swaps and other fun activities. This event is for those who want to smile a lot, find new friends, and be surrounded by music, dance and song.
As the name suggests, the festival events are free, and features folk, blues, new acoustic and international music. In addition to performances by nationally recognized performers and favorite local artists, there are hands-on music and dance workshops, evening dance parties of International Dance and Vintage Ballroom and Contra Dance, special children’s activities, and programs for the entire family.
