Prepare your palate for an indulgent wine and food experience as the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition (SFCWC) celebrates its 25th anniversary on February 16, 2008 at Fort Mason Center's Festival Pavilion.

The SFCWC is the largest competition of American wines in the world, and in 2007 the event broke world records with an astonishing 3,800 American wine entries. In addition to the distinctive varietals offered, there will also be bay area food artisans sampling gourmet breads, meats, cheeses, oils, sauces, desserts and more.

Because of its dedication to educational excellence, the Santa Rosa Junior College Wine Studies and Culinary Arts programs have been selected as the 2008 SFCWC beneficiaries.
