Bring your appetite, because this week is a festival of food! The city’s favorite dining experience, San Diego Restaurant Week, is back again! During the week of January 16th–21st, 2011 patrons may dine at over 190 of San Diego’s most exceptional restaurants, tasting bites from the city’s finest culinary talents. Each restaurant will be offering scrumptious three-course prix fixe menus for only $20, $30 or $40 per person. Past participating locations include Cucina Urbana, George's at the Cove, Café Coyote, Amaya at The Grand Del Mar, JRDN Restaurant, Cowboy Star, Bertrand at Mister A's, Phil’s BBQ, Soleil @K, 333 Pacific and Marine Room. Current locations span from the beaches to downtown, North County to the South Bay, and all of your favorite neighborhoods, like the Gaslamp Quarter, Hillcrest and Little Italy! San Diego Restaurant Week offers diners and foodies an opportunity to seek out new meals and eateries while still enjoying their favorites. Plus it’s easy – no tickets or passes are required; cuisine lovers simply dine out during the week of January 16th through the 21st at any participating location. Diners can also call ahead to secure reservations, which are strongly recommended since over 140,000 people took advantage of the September 2010 event.
