Salute to Eugenio Montale August 6, 2006

Translator David Ferry and Harry Thomas, editor of MONTALE IN ENGLISH, pay tribute to Italian poet Eugenio Montale, winner of the 1975 Nobel Prize for literature and one of the preeminent European poets of the last century.
Festival programs take place on the side lawn of Longfellow National Historic Site and are FREE and open to all. Seating is limited. No parking is available. Blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged.
